Disclaimer: I’m here but flying on cold meds and I have no idea what else. Down to half a brain cell, so I take absolutely no responsibility for anything I write today.  None.  Not one iota.  I’m sure I’ll make up half of it, but I’m here.  Take anything I write with a huge grain of salt :-).

Promo: Will Lindsay fall for Troy’s scheme or beat him at his own game?  Watch what happens next on OLTL.  (Lindsay does tend to be smarter than the average bear, so my money is on Lindsay).

Segment 1

Todd: Because when you are dead you won’t be able top tell Blair anything about any baby.  David: I wouldn’t count on that.  Blair rushes down the stairs.  Todd, what’s going on?

Rae is drinking and crying on Hank’s shoulder about Sykes.  Bo tells Antonio he has the award in the bag (gag me, please).  Keri practices her speech for the awards’ banquet.  RJ arrives and is a little upset because she seems distracted.  RJ wants to take Keri out to dinner if she doesn’t have a date.  Antonio and I are no longer together.

Seth is accused of trying to walk off with a very expensive piece of art.

Troy waits for Lindsay to respond to his proposal.  She tells him no.

Blair breaking up the fight: Todd, you’re hurting him.  Todd: That’s kind of the point.  Blair: What’s going on here?  Todd: I’m just tired of this guy.  Blair: So you try to kill him.  Obviously there is something going on.  First he shows up in Mexico now here. Todd: It’s just about the land deal.  David: He’d like you to believe that.  It’s not about the land.  It’s only about the kid.  Blair: Our child?  What is he talking about, Todd?

Segment 2

Gabs is looking for a job.  She is told that the job is filled.  Well, I’m sure you didn’t hire someone with my style… Gabs finds out about the fund raiser and tries to figure out how she can get there. 

Troy is surprised that Lindsay refused his proposal.  She drags him off to talk.  Sam and Nora weigh in with their opinion—Was that an historical occasion or what?  Lindsay tells Troy she doesn’t want to marry him because of her bad track record.  Troy presses her.  Lindsay recounts her long list of bad relationships.  Troy tells Lindsay the others didn’t work because she was busy waiting for him.  All I know is I love you and I want you to be my wife.  You are the only person who has ever accepted me.  Troy asks her again.  She accepts.  Sam and Nora make faces.

Natalie points out that the statue is the one Jessica was drooling over before.

Todd: All right, Blair, I’ll tell you what this is about.  Todd says he gave David more money than he told her about.  Blair: That has nothing to do with our child. Todd: It was for her.  Blair: Her?  Todd: It was for Starr.  Oh, you thought it was for the baby?  Blair: Yes.  Todd: Well, I have a little trouble talking about that part.  David: Obviously.  Blair: That still doesn’t explain why you were choking him?  Todd: He lost all of the money.  Blair goes off:  He lost ALL of the money!! This could jeopardize our child’s future…  Why is he here?  Todd: He wants more money!  What!  David: It’s only money and not giving it to me could make the problem worse.  So what do you say, Todd, do you want to give me the money or risk further problems.

Segment 3

Gabs tries to write a bad check to get a beaded dress to wear to the fundraiser.  The salesclerk will not accept it.  When the woman leaves Gabs sneaks in and changes into the dress (I guess we will see Gabs in something other than that blue blouse).

Rae babbles on and on like an idiot to Bo about she and John breaking up. He didn’t know (and we don’t care). Rae is acting like a complete fool—crying and getting hysterical.  Hank and Antonio talk about Keri.  Hank tells him that Keri is angry with him because he didn’t tell her about RJ.  Anphonio puffs up and tells him how finding out about RJ affect their relationship and that he and Keri broke up.  Hank: So, in other words, RJ won.  RJ plays the part of the concerned father who is upset about Keri’s breakup with Antonio. RJ suggests that Keri move in with him.  She agrees then invites him to accompany her to the awards ceremony.

Jessica weakly defends Seth.  Someone suggests calling the police.  Natalie stops them.  Before you do anything, I have something to say.  Lindsay is thrilled now looking at her ring.  When she shows the ring to Sam, he drags her off to talk.  Nora and Troy talk.  She is pissed off (as usual).

Blair: I can’t believe you would ask us to invest more money into your scheme.  What happened to your last get quick scheme?  Jack cries and Blair goes off to check on him after telling Todd not to do business with David.  Todd yells for David to get out and so on but he is just doing it for Blair’s benefit.  What do I have to do to make you really leave? He and David agree to a million dollar deal.  Blair returns and wants to know what happened.  Todd tells he David just left.  Is that all you talked about?  Yes.  YOU ARE LYING TO ME, TODD.

Segment 4

Todd: What do you think I’m lying to you about?  Blair: Because I know there is more to this David Vicker’s deal than you are telling me.  Todd: No, there is less.  I’m just trying to protect you. After you lost the baby and all. Blair is not buying it: Okay, fine don’t tell me about it.  She walks away.  Todd to himself: Fine, I won’t.  Todd calls the bank and tells them he needs a million dollars in an hour.  He has a fantasy of David bilking him over and over again for money. Todd to himself: It’ll never be over.

Gabs sets off the store’s alarm system.

Lindsay and Sam have a predictable conversation.  How can you believe him?  Lindsay approaches Nora: Green is not you best color, Nora.  Lindsay is alerted to the potential theft.  Natalie tells everyone she has known Seth longer than anyone and he wouldn’t do that.  Vicki persuades Lindsay not to call the police. Ben is suspicious about what happened.  Ben brushes Sam off when he asks if there is something he can do to help.  This is about my family. Sam goes to look for Nora who he realizes is gone.

Nora chases after Troy.  You can’t marry, Lindsay.  Troy: Why not?

Segment 5

Rae continues her tour of foolishness.  She gives Bo back his handkerchief dirty. YUCK.  Bo asks Rae the logical question. What do you tell your clients?  She rambles on and on about what she tells people.  Bo: It sounds to me like you know what you have to do (Leave the show).

Antonio confronts Carlotta about what she said to Keri at the hospital.  Carlotta refuses to back down.  Antonio tells her he and Keri have broken up.  Carlotta is happy.  Hopefully we won’t have to see either one of them again.  RJ agrees to go with Keri to the ceremony.  She warns him about Antonio being there.

Troy and Nora have the same conversation they always have.  Nora, I told I would do whatever I have to do to get to the truth…  Nora walks away but Lindsay has overheard them.

Todd: I’m sorry about everything that happened with David Vickers.  Blair: Todd, I should be the one who should apologize.  I’m not mad about David.  I’m upset because you are obviously keeping something back from me and it means that you don’t trust me.  I understand why because I lied to you about the baby. I thought losing the baby was the price I had to pay.  Todd: No, I should apologize. I tried to set you up for murder… Blair: I forgave you for that.  After I forgave you that what is there that I wouldn’t forgive you?

Segment 6

Keri arrives at the Awards Ceremony and takes over as speaker from Rae (thank goodness).  She and Antonio stare at each other.

Seth thanks Natalie for sticking up for him. Natalie tries to get Seth to go to the Break Bar with her but Jessica shows up and spirits Seth away.  Ben finds Natalie and says they need to talk.

Nora arrives home and finds Sam waiting for her.  He wants to know why she left the gallery.  Where did you go? Troy approaches Lindsay who is cool toward him.  What’s wrong?  I know what you are doing.  Your little game is over.

David arrives at the gallery and is disappointed to find the party winding down.  Gabs sashays over and introduces herself.

Blair: What could you possibly have done that I wouldn’t forgive Todd?  I love you. Whatever happened before I’m committed to you now and we can work it out. Todd: I didn’t have anything to say before because I guess I needed to hear you say that.  Todd imagines David Vickers over Blair’s shoulder taunting him about Blair not knowing the truth.  Todd: I do have something to say. I’m going to tell you the truth.  I’m going to tell it to you right now.
